Emily Grossmann, founder of Hospitality Inside Out, has been admitted to the «25 Zukunftsperspektiven» programme run by Sinn & Gewinn Hotels AG in Zurich. The programme runs from 2026 to 2029.

What is the «25 Zukunftsperspektiven» programme?

Sinn & Gewinn Hotels AG celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2026. The company was founded by five women. For the anniversary, 25 young women who combine entrepreneurship, sustainability and social impact each receive a share with voting rights. For two years they are in direct exchange with the board and management, among other things in dialog sessions, world cafés and at the general meeting in Zurich.

Why the programme fits Hospitality Inside Out

Hospitality Inside Out is a consultancy for restaurants and hotels in German-speaking Switzerland, based in Schönenwerd with an office in Olten. The company helps businesses build clear processes, for example in onboarding, handovers, rostering and standards. The goal: good people stay, absences drop and the business runs more profitably.

Sinn & Gewinn has shown for 25 years that social impact and commercial success belong together. Hospitality Inside Out is built on the same conviction: a business where people enjoy working is the precondition for it to work in the long term.

What participation means for clients

Through the exchange with the leadership of a hotel company, additional insight into leadership, sustainability and company culture flows into the work of Hospitality Inside Out. The restaurants and hotels that Hospitality Inside Out supports benefit from that.
